3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information needed for our services. Any delays or issues due to incomplete or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Nimble Boost SEO.

4. Payment Terms
All fees for services are outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms are as agreed upon before the start of services. Failure to make payments on time may result in a suspension or termination of services.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes client data, business strategies, and technical information.

6. Intellectual Property
Any content, reports, or deliverables created as part of our SEO services remain the property of Nimble Boost SEO until payment is made in full. Upon full payment, the client will own the deliverables.

7. Limitation of Liability
Nimble Boost SEO is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or issues that arise from the use or inability to use the SEO services, except as specified in the service agreement.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments are due upon termination of services.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or website notification.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
